"I just always started snapping pictures of my meals before eating them." says CT Eats Head Author, Shane Klesh. "I'd been in the food service industry for about four years gaining a massive respect for chefs, restaurant owners, and food-service staff worldwide. It's a 24/7, weekend and holiday grind. I think part of the reason why I love food so much is because of what it does. It brings people together, whether its drinks after work, thanksgiving at grandma's or date night, food brings people together everyday, and I'm here to capture these special and mouth-watering moments, right here, on my blog.
